🥂 Hey guys, welcome to a new episode of my STUDY WITH ME series! In this holiday-themed 🤶🎄 episode, we will be focusing on tasks for 1.5 hours using the POMODORO technique. That is, we will be studying in 25-min focused blocks, followed by 5-min breaks, for a total of 3 cycles. The short Pomodoro cycles are perfect for intense work requiring frequent breaks to rewind. With time it trains your brain to focus for short periods, helps you stay productive and on top of deadlines, and improves your attention span and concentration.
